AGRICABORN SOLUTIONS LIMITED’S planned business, a registered multifunctional company in the business of Climate change mitigation, AgriTech & Digital innovation, Building capacity for Biochar production & application on farm, Extension & consultancy services to support farmers, Import & Export of general Agric goods, Agric products aggregation, Dealers in Agric equipment & engineering, General Fish farming, General Crop farming, General Animals farming, Agroforestry and supply.

A board of directors that will give policy direction to the company, and a competent management team will take charge of the operations of the company. Supporting staff will assist in the day-to-day administration of the business.

The company's marketing objective is to achieve a sales growth rate of 16% per annum in the first two years of operation, increasing to 25% by the 5th year. This will enable the company take advantage of the growing demand for its products. It will also undertake aggressive marketing through promotions, advertisements etc.

The execution of the project is expected to comply with the regulations of the Environmental Protection Agency, the Ghana National Fire Service, the Food and Drugs Board, the various District Assemblies' rules and regulations, and other regulatory agencies. This will ensure the adoption of modern environmental policies to promote health and safety throughout the company's life.
